Summary:
I created an editorial styling and brand messaging guide for Family Service Toronto in order to support and steer their organization toward the development of more strategic communications. These items followed a communications audit as well as focus groups, interviews and workshops to gather information and synthesize it into an action plan. We completed the editorial styling and brand messaging guide over the course of 1-2 months.
