Not sure what you need? My nonprofit project clarity service is a simple, structured and straightforward consultation to get you on track with your nonprofit communications. Specifically, it’s best for those who may be stressed out trying to clarify their big ideas.

This service is all about roadmapping, figuring out what where you are and where you want to be.

What do you clarify?

I clarify your ideas. And we all know in the nonprofit sector, ideas are everything!

Ideas can include things like:

  • How to incorporate communications into your upcoming events
  • Ways to increase your brand
  • Impact stories you want to write
  • Communications strategies you may need
  • The best content marketing tactics
  • How to increase capacity around content creation

…and more!

How does this service work?

Think of this service like an interview: I have a 2-3 hour conversation with you (via Zoom; video is optional) to learn more about your ideas. I’ll ask specific and intentional questions and listen to you describe what you want, where you are and how you want to get there. Meanwhile, you just talk and tell me what’s going on. Within a week of our conversation, you will have:

  1. The current situation
  2. The challenges and impact of said situation
  3. What you need and why you need it
  4. Recommended approach or strategy
  5. Deliverables
  6. Resources required
  7. Proposed timeline
  8. My quote for doing the work

How do I know I need nonprofit project clarity support?

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you unsure of what communications support you need right now?
  • Are you unclear about why your ideas are not making the intended impact?
  • Are your ideas about your external communications hard to clarify?
  • Do you currently have buy-in from senior leadership about the work you want to do and how?
  • Do your ideas support your nonprofit’s strategic direction?
  • Are you full of ideas and have people to share them with?
  • Do you have a marketing and communications team?

If you answered “No” to any of these questions, now is the the time to do a nonprofit project clarity session with me!

A short note

I know that there are a lot of nonprofit consultation agencies and professionals who specialize in project clarity or roadmapping. However, my experience working in the nonprofit sector on the frontlines means that I can see things that many people don’t. So, you can trust that real-world experience informs my unique perspective.

Furthermore, I know that we both understand what it’s like to have various roles in the nonprofit sector. Unfortunately, so many of us are and have been stretched thin a lot of the time. Accordingly, the most valuable thing for people like us is clarity. So, getting deliverables that clarify your situation and outline a path forward is invaluable!
